Since the products and services offered by Boxesly.com are customized according to the client’s specifications, it is essential for customers to inform the company at sales@boxesly.com if the delivered products do not meet their requirements or are defective, within 10 working days of receiving the order.
A chargeback is not an option; however, a free reprint of the order will be provided if the fault is determined to be on the company’s side, as assessed by the management team of Boxesly.
Full orders must be shipped back within 7 working days at the customer’s expense, along with proper documentation of the product defects and digital photographs, to facilitate an accurate reprint. If the fault lies with the client and they still request a refund, the printed job must be returned. A chargeback will be processed after deducting the product’s setup and shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
