Boxesly.com - Product Issues & Returns Policy
If you receive products from Boxesly.com that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 30 working days of receiving your order by emailing sales@boxesly.com
- Company's Fault: Please note that chargeback is not an option. However, if the issue is determined to be the company's fault, we will offer a free reprint of your order. The determination of defects will be made by Boxesly' management team.
- Client's Fault: If the issue is on the customer's side and a reprint is needed, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer's expense, along with proper documentation of the defects and digital photographs. Note: You will be charged for the reprint as per company policy. If a refund is still desired, the customer must return the printed items, and a refund will be issued after deducting the setup and shipping costs.
